SHIPPING POLICY
curbAGE products are ONLY sold and shipped in the CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES. We DO NOT ship to Alaska or Hawaii or outside of the United States.
FREE SHIPPING IS INCLUDED WITH ALL ORDERS IN THE CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED IN YOUR CART.
Please allow 1-3 days (weekdays Mon-Fri) for your package to leave our warehouse. We make our products in small batches and we do not make your product until you order it.
curbAGE LLC uses USPS Ground Advantage to ship ALL orders, this service takes 3-5 business days.
This combination of small batch and USPS shipping means it may take up to 4-8 business days for your order to arrive. You will be sent an email confirmation when your order is shipped along with a tracking #. Another email will be sent when we have confirmation of delivery.
Once your tracking # has been confirmed as delivered curbAGE LLC IS NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE for your package. If it gets stolen we DO NOT send a replacement package as this is out of our control. You will need to contact USPS to handle any stolen or missing packages.

REFUND POLICY
At curbAGE we offer a 30 day full refund policy. 30 days from the time of your purchase you are welcome to a full refund IF your products are unused, in their original packaging and accompanied by your original receipt.
To help us process your return faster please contact us at curbAGE@comcast.net to request a return #. Once we receive your return request we will contact you with a return # and instructions for handling your return.
FOR DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please have a look at your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately at curbAGE@comcast.net if there is any damage to an item or you have been sent the wrong item. We would like to correct our mistake as soon as possible.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately because of hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept used skincare products. To ensure that you are happy with your purchase we will provide a sample of your chosen products along with your order. We ask that you use your chosen skincare sample first to make sure they are a good fit for you before opening your full-size product.

DECLINED PAYMENT CONSEQUENCES
If your payment is declined due to insufficient funds, expired credit card or any other reason beyond our control, we reserve the right to suspend the transaction for the purchase of your product. NOTIFICATION OF DECLINED PAYMENT WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU.
