Due to sanitary reasons, we can only offer returns on UNOPENED products in their original condition. 

Every full-size order includes deluxe-size samples that provide 3-4 weeks of product. This gives you plenty of time to experience the product before opening your full-size set.

Yes, our products are vegan, cruelty-free, and are made with naturally derived ingredients.

 Are they "certified"? NO. 

 Certification programs require significant upfront and ongoing annual fees. Rather than pass those costs on to our customers, we choose to invest that money into premium ingredients and fresh formulation.

We believe transparency matters more than paying for a logo.

Because everyone's routine is different, we cannot give you an exact timeframe.
